On our second anniversary, we take a moment to reflect on what we have achieved so far and the foundations we have built in the UK market.

    When we opened our UK office, our goal was to be closer to our clients, strengthen long-term partnerships, and establish a strong local presence in one of the most dynamic markets in Europe.

    Two years later, as we celebrate our London office-opening anniversary, we are proud to look back and see how that ambition has translated into real progress. What started as a strategic step in our global expansion has evolved into a growing, high-performing team, trusted partnerships, and measurable business results in the UK market.

    Here are some of the results our UK office has achieved so far.

    How being physically in the UK has made a difference

    Establishing a client-facing team in the UK has enhanced the way we collaborate with our partners.

    Local presence shortens clarification and approval cycles, reducing delays and increasing responsiveness. One such example are on-site discovery workshops that enable a deeper understanding of business challenges from the outset, leading to clearer problem definition and more precise solutions. Later on, this also allows us to provide closer and faster support during critical project phases, when our clients need us most.

    Additionally, being aligned with UK business culture and expectations strengthens communication and trust.

    Combined with the efficiency of our nearshore delivery model, this approach gives our partners consultancy-level engagement with operational scalability. This kind of a balance has proven particularly valuable in complex and regulated industries.

    Steady revenue growth

    Since opening the UK office, we have doubled the business and tripled the size of our local team. This pace of growth reflects the trust of our partners, the consistency of our delivery, and the strength of the foundation we have built in the UK.

    With that momentum behind us, we are focused on continuing to scale responsibly and sustainably in the years ahead.

    A new space for a new phase, and a team that’s growing

    In 2025, we welcomed three new colleagues in the UK – David Green (Client Director), Ian Smith (Client Director and Domain Expert), and Michael Boss (Client Director). Each new team member strengthens our ability to combine local market understanding with the depth of expertise across our global delivery centres.

    With the steady growth of our London team, we’ve also decided to move to a new location within the City of London.

    Long-standing relationships and new collaborations

    2025 marked an important year for growth, as we established many new partnerships, including ones with Duchenne, Carnival UK, Brit Insurance, MS Amlin, Berkley Specialties, London & Partners, and Proximity.

    We continue to work closely with long-term clients, including Emperor, Tangent, Howden, Teach First, Optibrium, Tommy's, and Costa Coffee. Over time, these collaborations have expanded in both scope and impact. We are thankful for the continued partnership and excited about the opportunities and shared successes that lie ahead.

    Alongside long-standing client relationships, the past year has also marked the beginning of several important strategic collaborations, including SEND, Whitespace, Daon, ElevenLabs, and Ebix. Each reflects our deliberate focus on industries where regulatory complexity, data sensitivity, and scale require both technical depth and domain expertise.

    Recognition in the public sector

    This year also brought important public sector recognition.

    We were successfully awarded positions on two of the UK’s most important public sector frameworks, Technology Services 4 (TS4) by Crown Commercial Service and Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS). This achievement strengthens our position in the market and confirms our capability to deliver complex digital initiatives within demanding public sector environments.

    Inclusion in these frameworks reflects our delivery maturity, compliance, and ability to operate under demanding procurement standards. This will further strengthen our strategic partnerships in the UK market.

    Looking ahead

    What makes this milestone meaningful is not only the growth in revenue or the expansion of our team, but the strength of the partnerships behind it. The trust we have built, the ecosystems we have joined, and the recognition we have earned all point in the same direction, which is sustained, responsible growth in a market that demands consistency and expertise.
